Dreadfully difficult to book an appt which was then changed by Boots. Needed to rearrange the appointment as the new time, on reflection, was not going to work for me and when I phoned the system was down, they tried to put me through to the individual store but the did not answer the phone!

The optometrist I saw was extremely helpful & very friendly. I understood everything he told me. Also I had to bring my 1 year old daughter with me & he was fine about it which made me feel at ease.

I am a Boots customer and when my glasses broke I went straight to the Opticians on Queens Rd Sheffield. I was met by Tracey who was extremely helpful and got me an appointment that day! My annual eye check was due so I had a contact lens by Steve and eye test by a trainee optician all within about an hour. My prescription has changed so I ordered new glasses and different contact lenses. I work full time and was very grateful for the excellent and very quick service I received from all the staff.
